C, P and R Series - Seat Suspension Base Units
SHOCK-WBV is a seat suspension system designed and manufactured in the UK to significantly reduce wave shock. The system reduces Whole Body Vibration (WBV) and provides lateral stability for enhanced comfort, perfect for inland and coastal boats. The seat suspension units are created by the renowned marine equipment manufacturer Sea Sure Ltd in Southampton, U.K.
The SHOCK-WBV units come in three sizes (C, P, & R Series), sharing the same core design but varying to fit different seat types. The C/P/R base systems fit between the seat and boat structure, offering compact, adaptable shock mitigation for various boat types and needs.
They can be easily installed on both new and existing boats, offering a cost-effective way to reduce shock and vibration. Retro-fitting on commercial and leisure boats improves comfort, allowing users to stay on the water longer.

LT Series
The Shock WBV LT Series Jockey Seat is engineered to reduce shock and whole-body vibration (WBV) on high-speed RIBs and powerboats. It’s the first suspension seat to feature multiple integrated shock-mitigating technologies as standard for a smoother, more comfortable ride.
Built for durability, the LT Series features a CNC-machined, hard-anodised 6061-T6 aluminium spine, A4 316 stainless steel fixings, and an in-house designed bearing system inspired by WBV’s high-load marine hardware. This marine-tuned shock offers tool-free adjustment with three preset ride settings, dual air chambers for ride height control, and a Kashima-coated 6061-T6 aluminium body for maximum performance.
Each seat includes WBV’s patented OMEGA inserts within a multi-density foam cushion (see next section) and is equipped with the advanced FOX Factory Float 3 EVOL QS3 shock absorber .
Available in multiple configurations to suit a variety of vessels and layouts.

OMEGA Shock Mitigating Cushion Insert
OMEGA is a patented, modular cushion insert that significantly reduces shock and vibration exposure, allowing you to spend 3 to 5 times longer in a vehicle or vessel before reaching the same levels experienced with standard foam cushions.
Designed for durability and versatility, OMEGA can be integrated into cushions of any size across marine and land-based applications to reduc the shock that an occupant or payload experiences. The more surface area covered, the more OMEGA units can be installed, delivering enhanced protection throughout the craft or vehicle.
